Nobody’s forcing me. Buying me ‘bad’ foods on a daily basis.
One would think I could control what deliberately I eat.
Not so. It’s funny.
I’m going to eat lean protein, lots of vegetables, cut down on simple carbs and bad fats and have (a little) “good carbs”.
No candy for me.
No ice cream. No alcohol for awhile.
How long does that last?
Ha! I’m funny. You’d think I could control it. I’m pretty bad.
Just throw it out. Don’t buy it. Stock up on the good. Have a plan to say no.
Make a damn simple menu and follow it.
