Just Like Bristol (but a little earlier than she)

Have a plan to say no.
Doughnuts at the office? Plan how you’re gonna say no.
Hungry and grocery shopping? Make your list and just say no.
Late? Have a plan to say ‘No” to that and do a short workout.
And when a good opportunity comes up... Have a plan to say “Yes!”
